Tutocare does not independently verify, endorse, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or outcomes of any services offered by third parties.

No Responsibility for Outcomes

Any engagement or agreement between students/parents and tutors or institutions is solely a private arrangement. Tutocare shall not be responsible for:

• Teaching quality or academic performance
• Admissions, placements, rankings, or certifications
• Fees, payments, refunds, cancellations, or disputes
• Conduct or credibility of any service provider
• Any loss or dissatisfaction arising from such engagements

Educational Recognition & Accreditation

Recognition and accreditation are governed by authorities such as UGC, AICTE, NMC, NCERT, CBSE, and respective State Education Boards. Tutocare does not grant or imply any official accreditation.
