Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Services

$siteName provides free access for students and parents to search tutors, coaching centres, schools, colleges, and universities. These free services are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.

2. Paid Promotional Services

Tutors, coaching institutes, schools, and universities may subscribe to premium listings or paid promotions for better visibility. Refund and cancellation policies apply only to these paid services.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Users may request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been activated.
• Once the listing or advertisement is live, cancellation is not possible.
• All cancellation requests must be made via email to support@tutocare.in.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only if a paid service was not delivered due to technical or operational errors on our part.
• Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Change of mind after service activation
  • Low response or fewer leads
  • Incorrect details submitted by the tutor/institution
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Disputes

Any disputes regarding payments or refunds will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
